Returns + Exchanges
Due to the handmade, custom nature of our clothing, swimwear, and accessories, returns are generally not accepted. However we know sometimes unforeseeable things happen. If an item is damaged in transit, we will work with you to make it right.
Suits which are not in new condition, have been soiled, mishandled, laundered or missing the tags will be returned to the purchaser. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment and he/she will forfeit all claims.
GONE 2 QUONNIE reserves the right to refuse the package and/or return the items back to the sender should the merchandise not abide by our policy.
We hope your little ones love their suit, but in case it does not fit swimsuit pieces may be exchanged for a new size. Exchanged swimsuits must not be washed or worn, must have tags attached and the hygienic liner must still be in place. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. GONE 2 QUONNIE does not offer refunds and our policy is exchange only. Swimsuits must be exchanged within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
If you purchased your suit online at gone2quonnie.com and wish to make an exchange first, email me at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Indicate the item and size you would like to receive in place of the item you are sending back.
The merchandise must be postmarked within 7 days of our exchange and must be in unwashed and unworn in the original packaging.
Please send your exchange back via a prepaid, insured and traceable method of shipping in order to ensure a safe and documented delivery.
GONE 2 QUONNIE is not responsible for lost or misdirected exchanges if you do not have proof of shipping and tracking.
